Exit Sign Warranty

Lumonall, Inc. guarantees the photoluminescent/after-glow properties of Lumonall™ Exit Signs for a period of 15 years from the date of shipment. It warrants to the original purchaser that Lumonall™ Exit Signs are free from defects in material and workmanship at the time of purchase, but limits its obligation under this warranty to replacement of the product shown to Lumonall's satisfaction to have been defective at the time of sale.

This warranty stipulates that Lumonall™ Exit Signs will conform to published product specifications for a period of 15 years from the date of shipment, noting that "published product specifications" refer specifically and exclusively to Lumonall™ product's photoluminescent/after-glow properties.

This warranty assumes use in accordance with the product's documentation.

The warranty assumes in-door use, and does not cover product that has been exposed to non-indoor elements.
